Software Upgrade
Customer Letter and Upgrade Procedure
The letter describes the upgrade procedure and includes important instructions and notes regarding your AED. The upgrade procedure is very simple, but if you prefer, your distributor or a Defibtech customer service representative will gladly walk you through the process over the phone. If you would like step-by-step verbal instructions from a Defibtech representative please call 1-877-453-4507 or 1-203-453-4507 and make sure you have your AED and software upgrade card with you at the time of the call.
Certification Card
This card is used to confirm that you have upgraded your AED. Please fill out this card and fax it to Defibtech at 1-203-738-1072 once your unit has been upgraded. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the card and provide all necessary information.

This document contains important information if you use your DDU-100 AED unit as a training unit.
Software Upgrade Contact Form
Defibtech will provide this upgrade software free of charge. The software will be mailed to you directly or provided to you by your distributor. Please provide us with your contact information by filling out this form. This will ensure that the software (with instructions) is sent to you at the correct address.
