The Lifeline ARM Automated Chest Compression Device Honored as Winner in the 2016 Medical Design Excellence Awards

Defibtech’s latest lifesaving resuscitation product, the Lifeline ARM, has been selected as the Bronze Winner in the Critical-Care and Emergency Medicine Products category of the Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA), an annual competition for new products. The Lifeline ARM Automated Chest Compression device is an automated and portable, battery- or AC-powered solution that provides adult sudden cardiac arrest victims cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) according to American Heart Association / European Resuscitation Council (AHA/ERC) guidelines. Products were judged based on design and engineering innovation; function and user‐related innovation; patient benefits; business benefits; and overall benefit to the healthcare system.
