ACC Event Connect is a Windows application that enables USB communication between a personal computer and a Defibtech RMU-1000 Automated Chest Compression device (ACC). The application allows for extraction of configuration, history, and log files from the device. The application also provides the ability to generate PDF reports of events with the RMU-1000 device, such as rescues. Additionally, the user can set the name or time of the RMU-1000 device via USB connection. DefibView enables event review for Defibtech AEDs. Event Review allows medical oversight personnel to reconstruct the sequence of events for a given emergency and the data presented is adequate for this purpose. Not be used for diagnostic purposes.
Setup Instructions
Click on "Click to download" to begin downloading the software. The installation wizard will guide you through the rest of the setup. Depending on your operating system, you may be prompted to restart your computer.
Note: If you have previously installed DefibView, you may be prompted to uninstall the old version. Follow the on screen instructions. Once installation has completed, please check the installation folder for the updated exe and chm files. If the old versions are still there, you will be required to delete them and run the installer again.
Operating Systems
Although the application may run on earlier versions of Windows, it has not been certified to do so as of this release.
