Ever wonder who's on the other end of the phone or computer when you contact Defibtech Customer Support?

It’s time to meet the incredible team behind the scenes! We’re thrilled to introduce you to the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly each day to answer your questions, troubleshoot your equipment, and ensure you receive the support you need.
Our customer service team is a close-knit group, all proudly based in Connecticut, USA. Every day, they manage calls and emails, supporting customers, distributors and our sales teams across the U.S. and around the globe.
From simple inquiries to more complex technical questions, they handle each interaction with compassion, skill, and efficiency. In addition to answering calls and emails, they coordinate service, create and follow up on cases, provide product education and sales information, and work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless support and compliance. They handle inquires for each and every product we make from AEDs to ARM CPR devices. Their commitment ensures that every customer feels heard, helped, and valued.
