Safety Alert for DBP-2800 Battery Packs
Defibtech is notifying customers of a correction regarding DBP-2800 Battery Packs, an accessory used by the DDU-100 series AEDs sold under the brand names, Lifeline AED and ReviveR AED.
This correction affects only DBP-2800 battery packs shipped prior to June 4, 2007.

This document describes how to upgrade your AED. The procedure is very simple, but if you prefer, your distributor or a Defibtech customer service representative will gladly walk you through the process over the phone. If you would like step-by-step verbal instructions from a Defibtech representative, please call 1-877-453-4507 or 1-203-453-4507 and make sure you have your AED, battery and upgrade kit with you at the time of the call.
This card is used to confirm that you have upgraded your AED. Please fill out this card and fax it to Defibtech at 1-203-738-1072 once your unit has been upgraded. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the card and provide all necessary information.
