Defibtech Donates 12 Lifeline™ AEDs to Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association

For the fourth straight year, Defibtech and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Asssocation (SCCA) have teamed up to donate and distribute Lifeline TM Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to 12 organizations with critical needs.

After reviewing more than 45 nominations, the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association (SCAA) chose the following 12 organizations to receive a Lifeline AED: 

  • Richland Baptist Church, Fredericksburg, Va. (SCAA Fredericksburg Chapter)
  • The Children's Museum of the Upstate, Greenville, S.C. (SCAA Greenville Chapter)
  • James L. Stanfield VFW Post 10386, Kingman, Ariz. (SCAA Northwest Arizona Chapter)
  • Lucas County Law Center/Jail, Chariton, Iowa (SCAA Iowa Affiliate)
  • Church/School of the Crucifixion, LaCrescent, Minn. (SCAA Seven Rivers Chapter)
  • Central Region Emergency Strike Team, College, Pa. (SCAA Central Pennsylvania Chapter)
  • Boys & Girls Club, Gilbert, Ariz. (SCAA East Valley-Phoenix Chapter)
  • Wicks Lane Baptist Church, Billings, Mont. (SCAA Big Sky Chapter)
  • Panama Buena Vista School District, Bakersville, Calif. (SCAA Bakersfield Chapter)
  • Riding for the Handicapped of Western Pennsylvania, Allison Park, Pa. (SCAA Western Pennsylvania Chapter)
  • Forest Hills School, Jackman, Maine (SCAA Western Maine Chapter)
  • Hopedale Jr./Sr. High School, Hopedale, Mass. (SCAA Southeast Massachusetts Chapter)
