Defibtech AED Receives Gold Recognition at the Medical Design Excellence Award Ceremony
Guilford, CT – June 14, 2005 – Defibtech today announced that during an awards ceremony in New York City its Lifeline and ReviveR Automated External Defibrillators were honored with a gold Medical Device Excellence Award.
The awards were presented during the Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) East 2005 Conference and Exposition, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA) competition is the only awards program that exclusively recognizes contributions and advances in the design of medical products. The program is organized and presented by Canon Communications, the publishers of Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry Magazine (MD&DI), the leading publication of the medical design industry. The MDEA competition is open to companies worldwide.
